G\u00f6lba\u015f\u0131 Sulh Ceza Hakimli\u011fi karar\u0131na 19.04.2016 tarihinde yap\u0131lan itiraz Ankara 5. Sulh Ceza Hakimli\u011fi\u2019nin 2016\/2165 D.\u0130\u015f say\u0131l\u0131 ve 22.04.2016 tarihli tek c\u00fcmlelik karar\u0131yla<\/strong> ve \u201cG\u00f6lba\u015f\u0131 (Ankara) Sulh Ceza Hakimli\u011finin 15\/04\/2016 tarih ve 2016\/474 D.\u0130\u015f say\u0131l\u0131 karar\u0131nda herhangi bir isabetsizlik bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan\u201d <\/em>denilerek reddedilmi\u015f ve karar kesinle\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Kesinle\u015fen karara kar\u015f\u0131 10 May\u0131s 2016 tarihinde Anayasa Mahkemesi’ne bireysel ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r<\/strong>. Bu ba\u015fvuru ile birlikte Akdeniz ve Alt\u0131parmak taraf\u0131ndan 7 Haziran se\u00e7imleri ile ba\u015flayan s\u00fcre\u00e7 sonras\u0131nda eri\u015fime engellen K\u00fcrt ve muhalif sitelerle ilgili olarak Anayasa Mahkemesi’ne toplam 24 ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Anayasa Mahkemesi’nden bu ba\u015fvurular\u0131n birle\u015ftirilerek ve \u00f6ncelikli olarak de\u011ferlendirilmesi talep edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n
