YouTube yasa\u011f\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcnden internet sans\u00fcrc\u00fcs\u00fc \u00fclkeler aras\u0131na giren T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin telekom\u00fcnikasyon i\u015flerini koordine etmekten sorumlu kurumu bu kez Google\u2019\u0131 hedef alm\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n

Birka\u00e7 g\u00fcnd\u00fcr s\u00f6ylentilere konu olan Google sans\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn de yava\u015f yava\u015f devreye sokuldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Baz\u0131 kullan\u0131c\u0131lar d\u00fcn ak\u015famdan itibaren Google anasayfaya ve baz\u0131 Google servislerine ula\u015fmakta g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck \u00e7ekiyorlar. Eri\u015fim engelinin, halen sans\u00fcrl\u00fc bulunan YouTube’a ait baz\u0131 IP adreslerinin Google’daki baz\u0131 servislerle ortakla\u015fa kullan\u0131lmas\u0131ndan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n

Baz\u0131 internet servis sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 Google’\u0131n eri\u015fim engeline \u00e7arpan bu hizmetleriyle ilgili olarak m\u00fc\u015fterilerine uyar\u0131lar ge\u00e7iyor. Bunlardan birinde, 3 Haziran 2010 tarihinde Telekom\u00fcnikasyon \u0130leti\u015fim Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131’ndan (T\u0130B) firmalar\u0131na iletilen karar sebebiyle Google’a ait baz\u0131 IP’lere hukuksal nedenlerden dolay\u0131 eri\u015fimin engellenece\u011fi belirtiliyor. Servis sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 firmalar, IP’lerin engellenmesinden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc Google’\u0131n baz\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131na eri\u015fememe ya da yava\u015fl\u0131k ya\u015fanmas\u0131n\u0131 beklendi\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. \n * Google Toolbar y\u00fckl\u00fc bilgisayarlarda baz\u0131 sitelere yava\u015f eri\u015fme
\n * Web sitelerin dahilinde ‘google search’ kullanan alan adlar\u0131na eri\u015fimde yava\u015flama
\n * Google uygulamalar\u0131yla entegre ya da Google Search’e dayal\u0131 birtak\u0131m uygulamalar\u0131n etkilenmesi.<\/p>\n

Eri\u015fim engelinin Google’a ait eski Youtube IP’leri ile ilgili olmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Ancak karar\u0131n, daha \u00f6nce de rastland\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, neden yasal itirazlar\u0131n yap\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131 hafta sonundan hemen \u00f6nce y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe kondu\u011fu ve hangi hukuki s\u00fcrecin izlendi\u011fi hen\u00fcz me\u00e7hul.<\/p>\n
